Below, I have attached 2 videos. One is the video documentation of the work we've done on our sumative, and the other is the official PSA we created. Sorry it's a bit late.

“`What happens at the end?” This is a commonly asked question, and I believe that many people shape their lives solely around what they think when happen when there live finally comes to an end. As a religious person, I believe there is an afterlife and there’s more to death than just being dead. Personally, I don’t find this question to be all that interesting, I mean, if you are a Christian, and you’re sure about your faith, then all the answers are there in the bible. However, there is a question that I think to be much more interesting to discuss. What happens when Christ finally returns?

The reason I find this question a lot more interesting is because there are little to no answers surrounding it. If you want to know what happens when you die, all the answers are there for you. While if you want to know what happens when Christ returns, the bible is very unclear about what will transpire. This being said, there are many theories and beliefs of what will really occur when prophesy is fulfilled: The Millennium, The Tribulation, Armageddon, The Rapture, etc. but which one is really true?

I’ve spent a long time trying to answer this question, and Invested a lot of my time thinking and worrying about finding the answer, but I think I have finally come up with a conclusion. I don’t care. Why should we waste our time thinking about what will happen at the end of our existence when we could be using this time to change the world and impact others in a good way? I think that if god really wanted us to know exactly what happens the he returns, he would have told us.

I think he's secretly 3000 years old and he's a super human that can never die. He kinda looks like sandman from spider man 3 except like 200 years older and way less hair. His stories are cool i guess though. I remember he gave me an inschool suspension for not having pencil crayons. That was pretty cool.

it kinda looks like a pumpkin in a weird way if that makes any sense.

Today I’m going to blog about blogging. I don’t think blogging should be something that is mandatory and marked in a course. I think that blogging is a form of expressing yourself that not everyone can appreciate. I can understand why people would enjoy writing about things online that matter to them as a way of expressing themselves, but I don’t think it’s for everybody. If it’s not already obvious; I’m not one of these people.

I have strong opinions on lots of things, but I never have any motivation to speak on any of those opinions unless asked or provoked. When it comes to blogging, to me, it feels like I’m speaking to people who don’t care what I’m saying.  This gives me little motivation to put out blogs, and that makes the quality of my blogs sub-par. It’s more than half way through the semester and I still don’t feel like I’m accustomed to the idea of blogging, but I’ll continue to try.

I think that if I had a blog that had subscribers and people who frequently read it, I wouldn’t mind putting out blog posts and giving back to my viewers, but I don’t have frequent viewers. To be honest, I don’t think I have any viewers at all.

I don’t know if there are others who feel the same as me about this topic, but yeah, blogging is probably what I struggle with the most in this class.

We just watched a movie in class called “Generation Jobless”. To be honest, the video was a little bit scary. In these days, kids my age are highly pressured into getting a high grade point average, graduating high school, and attending a good university. I think that this video disproved that that’s a good idea. Why spend 4 years in school, come out with a huge debt, and still remain jobless? Many people choose to be a teacher predominantly because it’s an “easy” job to get into. High pay, summers off, good benefits and how hard could it be teaching a bunch of kids their ABC’s? But what this video is saying is that 67% qualified teachers remain jobless. Does teaching still seem like a good idea?

This video mentioned one thing in particular that really startled me; the people who go through more schooling, and actually pay a larger amount of money for their education, will have a harder time landing a job. This is because they ask for a higher salary from employers, but in the end, they still have no work experience. Employers need to stop focusing so much on the experience, and more on the knowledge. Workers with work experience won’t be around in the future if we don’t give the new workers an opportunity to gain experience. I would think that with all the new technology being developed that worker’s tasks would be changing anyway, so why not hire new, young workers? After all, you can’t teach an old dog new tricks.

This video also addressed trades, such as an electrician, plumber, technician etc. The thing with trades is that almost all employers want workers with 3 or more years of experience. How can the economy persist is no new workers are being hired? Eventually, all old workers will retire, and we’ll be left with the new workers with no work experience. Employers need to start thinking of new, smarter, more cost-efficient ways of training young workers, before we can no longer find a plumber to come fix our clogged toilet.

This whole “work experience” situation highly relates to my own life. I’ve been trying to get a job for over a year now, and people keep telling me “you’re first job is always your hardest to get”, but if I can never get a first job, how will it ever get easier for me? Employers need to start thinking about the future and not the present as much. If you never offer the first job, then every job you go for will be the hardest to get.

The second year in civic mirror definitely went better for me than the first. I got power in both my farm and my apartment. I also got access to food and security so none of my family member past away. I hope that I don’t get screwed on the wildcards again like last time.

One thing I still have a problem with is the judicial system. This time I got fined $150 for a “mock case”… all I can say is that I hope the government elects a new judge for next term. I think that people saw the point I was trying to make with the case against Tyler, which was that the jury really doesn’t care about justice. The jury clearly showed that they just make decisions based on what they think is funny or who they like more.

Again, I think this was a good year in terms of status and survival, and I hope next year is too. The only thing I wish for next year if the firing of the judge and an improved judicial system.

Lucid dreaming is a topic that an experience that I really enjoy. I feel like it’s a great escape from this world without the use of illegal substances. It takes a lot of time and effort (if done correctly), but I feel like it’s something that everyone should try at least once in their life. I’ve heard of a few different techniques to successfully lucid dream, but the way that I used worked perfectly for me. That being said, it took a very long time to actually get into the lucid dream.

The first step in preparing yourself for a lucid dream is learning to remember your dreams. Make sure that you think about your dreams first thing when you wake up in the morning. Before going to the washroom, taking a shower, anything – think hard about what you dreamed last night. Even purchase a journal, put it next to your bed, and record all your dreams in it if it helps.

The second step is to figure out your dream signs. Your dreams signs can be anything, as long as it appears in your dreams frequently. For me, my dream signs were skateboards, Malik, and a certain pair of shoes that I wore in every dream I have. Once you know your dream signs, you need to pay attention to every time you see them in real life. Every time you see one of your dream signs, you need to do one of 3 things: look at your hands, look at any sign or words printed around you, or look at a digital clock or watch. The reason for this is that all 3 of these things are never right in your dreams. For example, if you look at your hands in a dream, you will have 8 fingers or 3 hands or something along those lines. When I did it for the first time, my fingers were abnormally long and I only have 3 of them on each hand. If you check all these things every time you see a dream sign in real life, you will do the same thing in your dream, and ultimately realize that you are dreaming.

Once you realize that you’re dreaming and you come into lucidity, you need to make sure you stay in your dream. It’s common for people to become so excited when they come into lucidity that they wake themselves up. To avoid this, there are a few things you can do, but personally I use the technique of spinning around in circles. This might sound odd, but it works. The second that you realize you’re dreaming, just focus on spinning around in circles and staying on your feet. Continue this until you feel comfortable and calm enough to focus on your dream.

Experiment with these steps, it may take a long time, and it may not go perfectly the first time, but it will be worth it in the end, trust me. I hope that everyone reading this blog is inspired to try lucid dreaming, and good luck!
